The Process of Booking Wedding Flowers

You’ve likely spent hours scrolling through Pinterest boards, feeling both inspired and a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of decisions ahead. If you’re feeling a bit of "floral fatigue"—wondering how to turn your vision into a reality without the stress—take a deep breath. You are exactly where you need to be. At Morgan Country Gardens, we believe that planning your wedding flowers should be as joyful as the big day itself. We’re here to be your partners in design, ensuring that every stem we grow on our farm serves a purpose in your love story.

To help you feel completely at ease, we’ve streamlined our booking process into five simple steps. First, we start with a Consultation to dive into your vision; once we chat, I’ll hold your date complimentarily for 48 hours to give you space to decide. Second, you’ll lock in your date with a $250 Save the Date Deposit—don't worry, you still have plenty of time to finalize specific selections! Once you’ve officially joined the MCG family, you’ll receive our exclusive Welcome Guide that answers your "what's next" questions and outlines our journey together. Third, about 6–8 months before your wedding, we’ll do a deep-dive check-in to make your final selections and provide your formal contract and invoice. Fourth, at the 3-month mark, we’ll touch base for final details—and you are even invited to come visit the farm to see where the magic is growing! Finally, the Day Of arrives, and we handle the delivery and setup so you can simply focus on saying "I do."

Our 2027 calendar is officially open, and dates in Rochester, Buffalo, Finger Lakes and the Southern Tier are already beginning to fill. Let's move "find a florist" off your to-do list and onto your "done" list so you can get back to the fun parts of being a bride!
